My planned breaks - 2026

Aside from time off for occasional days off / Bank Holidays, or to attend training & development courses, I also have 4 or 5 planned rest breaks each year, where I intentionally step away from anything work-related.


This is an important part of my approach to my therapy practice, when I can take time out (and away from my computer) to recharge, slow down, and do something nourishing - like spending time with people, or connecting to nature.



I will usually be away from my emails during this time, so you won't get a speedy response.
