LGBTQ+ Therapy Sessions

I offer psychotherapeutic support for people who identify as LGBTQIA+ or people who are interested in exploring their sexuality or gender identity.

1-to-1 Sessions are available online, or in-person at Brighton's only wellbeing space for queer and trans people, specially designed to be an accessible building and a supportive environment for neurodivergent people.

Group Therapy

As an alternative to 1-to-1 therapy sessions, you may want to consider small group therapy, where you can come together with peers to explore identity, self-esteem, and self compassion in a creative way.

Groups can host up to 7-8 people who identify as LGBTQIA+, and meets weekly for one evening per week, for 6 weeks.

The next group will be starting in Autumn 2024 - please get in touch to find out more or to reserve your space.

Group Sessions are £25 for 75-minutes (1hr & 15 mins)

please note - you will need to attend all 6 sessions
